Standard Operating Procedures

These are the new standard operating procedures we have adopted with immediate effect. They are to safeguard everyone’s health and safety. If you have any questions please contact us.

 
The following procedures are required before you enter our store:


    

  1. You will need to have a mask on.
    2. 

  2. Your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is deemed above the normal, YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY.
    3. 

  3. We will provide hand sanitiser for you to sanitise your hands.
    4. 

  4. Your contact details will be taken.
    5. 

  5. You must maintain 2 meters separation from anyone in the shop.
    6. 

  6. No more than 2 customers are allowed at any one time in our shop.
    7. 



Procedure berikut perlu diikuti sebelum anda masuk ke kedai kami:


    

  1. Anda perlu memakai topeng muka.
    2. 

  2. Suhu anda akan diambil. Sekiranya suhu anda dianggap melebihi suhu normal, ANDA TIDAK AKAN DIBENARKAN MASUK.
    3. 

  3. Kami akan menyediakan sanitiser tangan untuk anda membersihkan tangan anda.
    4. 

  4. Butiran anda akan diambil.
    5. 

  5. Anda mesti menjaga jarak 2-meter dari sesiapa sahaja di kedai
    6. 

  6. Tidak lebih daripada 2 pelanggan dibenarkan berada di dalam kedai kami pada suatu masa.
    7. 


 
 
Procedure to purchase ammunition:


    

  1. Please WhatsApp a copy of the purchase permit to +60.13.8038335 or email to sales@tycomaarms.com The details and date stamp should be clear.
    2. 

  2. State what type and amount of ammunition you wish to purchase.
    3. 

  3. We will reply with an invoice amount.
    4. 

  4. Please make payment to Tycoma Arms Sdn Bhd RHB account 21104300090180.
    5. 

  5. Please send us the receipt once you have made payment.
    6. 

  6. When we have verified your payment, we will inform you when your purchase is ready for collection.
    7. 

  7. You can contact us at the above numbers to arrange a time to pickup your purchase.
    8. 

  8. Please come on time, ring the door bell and wait for our staff.
    9. 

  9. Pass the purchase permit to our staff who will verify.
    10. 

  10. We will then pass your purchase and receipt.
    11. 

  11. You do not need to enter the shop.
    12. 



Tatacara membeli peluru:


    

  1. Sila whatsapp salinan permit pembelian ke + 60.13.8038335 atau e-mel ke sales@tycomaarms.com. Butiran dan cap tarikh harus jelas.
    2. 

  2. Nyatakan jenis dan jumlah peluru yang ingin anda beli.
    3. 

  3. Kami akan membalas dengan jumlah invois.
    4. 

  4. Sila buat pembayaran ke akaun RHB Tycoma Arms Sdn Bhd 21104300090180.
    5. 

  5. Sila hantarkan resit pembayaran setelah anda membuat pembayaran.
    6. 

  6. Apabila kami telah mengesahkan pembayaran anda, kami akan memberitahu anda bila pembelian anda siap untuk diambil.
    7. 

  7. Anda boleh menghubungi kami di nombor di atas untuk mengatur masa untuk mengambil pembelian anda.
    8. 

  8. Sila datang tepat pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan, bunyikan loceng pintu dan tunggu kakitangan kami.
    9. 

  9. Serahkan permit pembelian kepada kakitangan kami yang akan mengesahkannya.
    10. 

  10. Kami kemudian akan memberikan pembelian dan resit kepada anda.
    11. 

  11. Anda tidak perlu memasuki kedai.

Procedure to purchase a firearm:


If you have already reserved a firearm and the necessary paperwork is in your possession:

Tatacara membeli senjata:


Sekiranya anda telah menempah senjata api dan dokumen yang diperlukan ada di tangan anda:


    

  1. Sila whatsapp salinan permit pembelian ke + 60.13.8038335 atau e-mel ke sales@tycomaarms.com butir dan cap tarikh harus jelas.
    2. 

  2. Kami akan membalas dengan jumlah invois.
    3. 

  3. Sila buat pembayaran ke akaun RHB Tycoma Arms Sdn Bhd 2110430009018.
    4. 

  4. Sila hantarkan resit pembayaran setelah anda membuat pembayaran.
    5. 

  5. Apabila kami telah mengesahkan pembayaran anda, kami akan memberitahu anda bila pembelian anda siap untuk diambil.
    6. 


 
 
Procedure to view a firearm:


    

  1. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
    2. 

  2. We will require proof of a valid license or a valid license approval letter before an appointment can be confirmed.
    3. 

  3. No more than 2 individuals are allowed into our premises for the purpose of viewing.
    4. 

  4. No photos without prior permission.
    5. 

  5. Please adhere to procedures to enter shop as per SOP #1.
    6. 



Tatacara untuk melihat senjata:


    

  1. Sila hubungi kami untuk membuat temujanji.
    2. 

  2. Kami memerlukan bukti lesen yang sah atau surat kelulusan lesen yang sah sebelum temujanji boleh dipertimbangkan.
    3. 

  3. Tidak lebih dari 2 individu akan dibenarkan di dalam premis kami untuk tujuan melihat senjata.
    4. 

  4. Dilarang mengambil foto tanpa kebenaran.
    5. 

  5. Sila ikuti tatacara untuk memasuki kedai seperti mana di dalam sop #1.
    6. 


 
 
Procedure to purchase a non-controlled item:


    

  1. Please identify the item you wish to purchase via this website, our Facebook page or directly with us.
    2. 

  2. We will inform you of the invoiced amount (WhatsApp, voice or email).
    3. 

  3. Please make payment to Tycoma Arms Sdn Bhd RHB account 211043000901.
    4. 

  4. Please send us the receipt once you have made payment.
    5. 

  5. When we have verified your payment, we will inform you when your purchase is ready for collection.
    6. 

  6. You can contact us at the above numbers to arrange a time to pickup your purchase.
    7.

Tatacara untuk membeli barang yang tidak dikawal:


    

  1. Sila kenal pasti barangan yang ingin anda beli melalui laman web kami, halaman facebook kami atau terus dengan kami.
    2. 

  2. Kami akan memaklumkan jumlah invois (whatsapp, suara atau e-mel) kepada anda.
    3. 

  3. Sila buat pembayaran ke akaun RHB Tycoma Arms Sdn Bhd 211043000901.
    4. 

  4. Sila hantarkan resit setelah anda membuat pembayaran.
    5. 

  5. Apabila kami telah mengesahkan pembayaran anda, kami akan memberitahu anda bila pembelian anda siap untuk diambil.
    6. 

  6. Anda boleh menghubungi kami di nombor di atas untuk mengatur masa untuk mengambil pembelian anda.
    7. 

  7. Sila datang tepat pada waktunya, bunyikan loceng pintu dan tunggu kakitangan kami.

  8. Kami kemudian akan menyerahkan pembelian dan resit anda.
